Planning Information

If you are planning to join us for Lion and Lamb Ministries’ Feast of Tabernacles, here is some important information you need to know. It will help you answer your questions and plan for this event.

There are two ways to register for Tabernacles: Full-time and Weekend Pass. Full-time is for the entire 8 days, and you will either camp with us or stay in nearby lodging. Weekend Pass covers three days during the first weekend (Friday through Sunday) but you must provide your own lodging outside the camp or be an invited guest of a full-time participant if you are staying in their campsite.
Weekend Pass: If you would like to request a tent site, please contact the office after registering. The standard fee will apply, and this option is granted based on space availability.

We require one registration form to be completed for each family or for every single adult, along with a $100 non-refundable deposit fee. August 31st is the deadline for final payment, with a $50 late fee after that date. September 15th is the deadline to register. Please see our Cancellation policy below. Note, your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

The gates open at 8 am on opening day Tuesday, October 1. You will be checked in and shown to your camping spot by one of our trained personnel. If you have a balance due or we are missing information from you, you will be asked to park and wait till the line dies down. Only those registered are allowed into the camp.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to and including July 31 – full refund (minus $100 non-refundable registration fee)

  • August 1 – August 31 – 50% refund (after $100 non-refundable registration fee is deducted)

  • Starting September 1 – no refund

September 1 — $50 late fee on any unpaid balances, and any new registrations.

Pet Policy

We have a NO-tolerance policy toward pets (except for ADA compliant service dogs). If you cannot leave your pet and are planning on camping with us, we will place you in Area A (3 ½ miles on the other side of the lake). There will be no pets in Area C (except for ADA compliant service dogs), and leaving your pet in your vehicle us prohibited. In Area A, dogs are permitted if they are on a leash and remain quiet.

We strongly encourage making arrangements for your pet to stay at home; however, you MUST let us know if you are planning to bring your pet. Lion & Lamb Ministries must be made aware on your registration form of your intentions to bring a Service Dog. All animals (including service animals) must remain with their owner, under control, and be on a sturdy, reasonably short leash at all times.

You are responsible for the cleanliness and behavior of your animal. If you fail to comply with these rules of the camp, you and your animal may be required to leave the Main Campground. For your convenience, here is contact information for a local boarding kennel: Chandler Animal Clinic • (405) 258–1536.
